This week in Diva Dish, the Sexiest Women on Television get ready to spice up their weekend, Cinco de Mayo-style. Melina, Victoria and Candice Michelle are prepared for a fiesta. Also, Maria shares her runway dreams and Queen Sharmell chats about the cinema.
Viva las Divas!
Olé! Tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo, a Mexican national holiday. Several WWE Divas told Diva Dish they’ll be celebrating in many festive ways.
When we asked Melina if she knew the holiday was fast approaching, she quickly answered, “Of course I know Cinco de Mayo is coming up – my family is Mexican!”
“I will definitely celebrate that night, because I’ll be getting in the ring. It’s going to be another victory for the Women’s Champion, Melina. Celebrating will involve dancing and piñatas,” she said, flashing a mysterious smile.
Victoria is ready for the weekend, and pumped to attend a fiesta with her family.
“My oldest brother, Bobby, is having a big shindig. He hired a flame thrower and hula dancers. It’s going to be Mexican and Hawaiian themed,” the Raw Diva said. “My oldest brother throws the meanest parties and I actually get to join it, so I’m excited.”
Candice Michelle, who is admittedly not much of a cook, told Diva Dish she is good at making guacamole, which reminds her of Cinco de Mayo.
“I am celebrating tomorrow. You can’t go wrong with Cinco de Mayo, because it’s all about having fun and eating tortilla chips and guacamole,” she smiled. “It’s a fun day. It’s kind of like a cookout day. You get to barbecue, hang out with your friends, have some food and drinks.”
The Raw Diva is known for her caliente dance moves. Will she bust some out tomorrow?
“Sure! Not necessarily on the dance floor, but I might be dancing on tables. It’s always an option,” she giggled.
Runway dreams
Maria’s Secret Sessions is still available at WWE 24/7 Online. The sexy Raw Diva let us in on another little secret of her own – she’s always dreamed of being a Victoria’s Secret runway model.
“It’s always been a dream of mine just because those women are so confident. I always try to project that,” Maria said.
“I’ve always thought of Victoria’s Secret as very classic. It’s sexy. It’s sensual, but not over-the-top,” she said. “Their commercials remind me so much of where we’re at right now with the Divas. It’s the same kind of feel.”

Movie buffs
When SmackDown’s royalty has a moment to relax at home, King Booker and Queen Sharmell turn on the tube and pop some popcorn for a night in at the movies.
“In our downtime, we’re couch potatoes,” Sharmell admitted to Diva Dish. “We basically wait until movies hit HBO. We don’t actually go to the movies a lot, unless it’s something huge – like if Denzel Washington comes out with a new one. The last movie we went to see was Rocky Balboa.”
Sharmell called Booker a “movie buff,” because he often watches a movie he enjoys time and time again. While the King’s a fan of action flicks, musicals make the Queen’s heart sing.
“I love all kinds of movies, but I’m particularly into musicals. I loved Dreamgirls. Grease is one of my all-time favorite movies,” she said. “But if I want to go see a chick flick, Booker always has an excuse!”
