What do you think of the state of female bodybuilding today? What about female fitness competitions? – I think that there is too much emphasis on muscularity in both, and I think that takes away from the femeninity of the athletes.
What do you think is the most important piece of advice you can give someone who wants to compete in fitness contests? – Do it for yourself, and you will be a winner no matter what.
Describe a typical day – Wake up, cardio, eat, run errands, eat, lift, eat, and who knows from there…
What do you do for fun? – Shopping, shopping, and more shopping.
